1. Introduction to CuClad 250
Rogers CuClad 250 laminates are high-performance, cross-plied woven fiberglass and PTFE composite materials. These laminates feature low dielectric constants ranging from 2.40 to 2.55 at 10GHz. With a higher fiberglass/PTFE ratio, CuClad 250 provides mechanical properties comparable to conventional substrates, ensuring excellent dimensional stability and reduced thermal expansion in all directions.
